This is an upscale neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale in the Las Olas area. Victoria Park is in the older section of Ft. Lauderdale and it isn’t far from Downtown. Victoria Park was built in the 1930’s and a lot of the houses have that sort of a feel or are from that era. This neighborhood is gay-friendly and is home to the Stonewall National Museum.
Victoria Park is full of trees, beautiful landscapes and foliage. Victoria Park is full of single family homes of many different price points and there are condos in the neighborhood as well. The least expensive home for sale is a studio with one bathroom for $129.5k and the most expensive in the area for sale is a 6 bed/6 bath for $3.9 million.
Within Victoria Park is Holiday Park which is a large park with basketball courts, tennis courts, there are two dog parks (one for small dogs and one for big), areas for cookouts and picnics. There is cheerleading in Holiday Park in the summer and concerts happen in the park as well.
Things that are close by to do Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Butterfly World and Museum of Discovery and Science. You will also be within minutes of The Galleria of Ft. Lauderdale and you will be within 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach. In Victoria Park you are only a couple of minutes away from the Publix Super Market at Sunrise Blvd.
